The Viceroy of Shaan-Gan (Viceroy of Shen-Kan; ), fully referred to in Chinese as the ''Governor-General of the Shaanxi and Gansu Provinces and Surrounding Areas Overseeing Military Affairs and Food Production, Manager of Waterways, Director of Civil Affairs'' (), was one of eight viceroys in China during the Qing dynasty. The Viceroy had jurisdiction over the provinces of Shaanxi, Gansu and western Inner Mongolia. Because there were Northwest of the China, the province was known, along with west of the Yellow River, hence the name "Shaan-Gan". Chinese historians hold the view that 'the Viceroy of Shaan-Gan controlled eastern Silk Road's trade and traffic and a strategic position between Central Asia and China.
